Diva cups? 👨‍🎤

I’m wondering about diva cups! If anyone can give me a referral to their brand? That’d be awesome. Leave your stories in the comments please? What made you switch? Does it positively affect you? Or no different than a pad or tampon? Or those that have switched and switched back? I wanna hear from everyone!!!

I have a LENA cup. It's the only one I've ever used, and I've used it for two years now. I absolutely love it. It's not too hard, not too soft, and perfect for my flow. I researched different brands and how to put it in and the pros and cons and watched YouTube videos about them for a full month before I bought it. I haven't had a single complaint about my cup. I love it.

Diva cups are actually their own brand or menstrual cups. I made the switch to menstrual cups about a year and a half ago. Ever since then I have not bought or used a since pad/ tampon. I used to have a lunette collapsible menstrual cup but it was too flimsy for me and it never opened up correctly. I didn’t want to give up on cups so I bought a diva cup because they weren’t as flimsy and more durable. That was a year and 3 makes months ago. I didn’t have a single person to ask questions about and I couldn’t bring it up to my parents because they would just say no to them. I YouTubed sooo many videos about menstrual cups (non of them are gross) and that’s how I started my journey. I recommend you do the same because they all give so much information about the type of cups out there and how they work. Just look up “menstrual cups” and you’ll find a lot.

I have extremely heavy periods, and I hated how much pollution it was causing. I tried the Luna Cup, Diva Cup, and Lunette Cup. The Lunette Cup is my favorite by far. It's much more flexible and soft than the other two.

I use the diva cup. I will not go back to buying tampons. I’ve only had the cup for 4 months but it makes life so much easier. I work full time and some nights have to stay from 2pm to 2am. Normally with tampons you would change it often but with the diva cup you can leave it in for 12 hours. So it’s perfect for my shift and don’t have to waste 5 min of my 15 min break changing a tampon.

I switched to the diva cup around a year ago and I loved it. The only complaint I ever had was that it was difficult to get in. It was very tricky and feels uncomfortable at first but then it’s great. I fully recommend.
