Sleep walking 😩
My husband occasionally will sleep walk. Well the last few weeks, he's sleeping walking pretty much all night every night. It keeps me awake all night. I'm so exhausted. Anyone else deal with this? Or know how to help.
We do not have health insurance so we can't go to a dr or get a sleep study done.
I feel so defeated. It's causing fights between us.
