Hello, sorry to bother you!

I'm first time pregnant. I'm 20w 5days today. Haven't really felt braxton hicks, because of kidney infection and kidneystones, every pain feels like nothing else. Today at 1.38 pm I had pressure Sensation with little bit of pain in my stomach that lasted about 20 seconds, after 24 minutes had the same pain. The interval from these are 21-24 minutes. Should I worry? They are constantly repeating for 3 hours. Yesterday I got whooping cough and flu shot and today started to take antibiotics.. 😓 Anyone had something similar? Please, any advice?
