Should I call my doctor?

I posted just a few days ago about spotting starting up a week after my IUD was put in. Well guys it's been a week and a half since I've had it put in and I'm still consistently spotting non-stop! I would say it's pretty heavy for spotting but not heavy enough for me to think it could be my period. It's been happening ever since I got the IUD! Normal or should I call my doctor?

I had the paragard IUD for a year and a half. The first two weeks after placement I had heavy bleeding and severe to medium cramps with lots of clotting then the bleeding stopped but my cramps came and went everyday for the entire time I had my IUD. 
My next check up after placement showed that my IUD slightly moved down so they had to put it back in place with what looked like a skewer for grilling, shoving and poking my uterus until I cried I couldn’t take it anymore... That hurt more than getting it placed the first time. After that I bleed for another week. My periods lasted from 11 - 13 days heavy flow from day one to two days before it was over. 
Depending on what type of IUD you had placed the bleeding should stop once your uterus has calmed down from having a foreign object stuffed up in there and can take up two weeks before the “spotting” stops. 
Call your DR anyway Just to be safe. 
FYI when I called my DR and the ER about the bleeding they both told me it’s normal and call them if I feel like I’ve lost too much blood or feel sick or faint.

I had paraguard as well for a year and a half... but I had no spotting after the insertion, and my periods came on time, but they were heavier and much more painful. Your body could still be trying to expel it, or maybe it was inserted weirdly? You can call your GYN.

A side effect of IUDs is spotting. I spotted on and off for years on my Skyla IUD
