Pregnancy after surgery to remove left ovary and tube.

I had surgery due to a baseball size ovarian teratoma in Sep. they had to remove my ovary and left Fallopian tube. Found out five days ago I'm pregnant, and I was wonder if anyone out there had had a successful pregnancy after surgery like that.
