I need advice!

I’m 12 dpo but now I’m second guessing when I ovulated. I went to the bathroom earlier and had a little discoloration when I wiped, I thought maybe AF is coming but felt around and just discharge. Went about my day but then I just went again and decided to put a pad on because I felt a lot of wetness down there but there was no AF still. I went to the restroom and when I wiped I had a tiny fleck of pink. Do you think I could be getting IB so late? Or maybe I ovulated later than I thought? Here’s my chart and I need your honest opinions!
