Help please

Hi does anyone know how you can track someone who went missing or is not picking up there phone. My little cousin has been missing for 2 days already and her phone rings but no answer it's not like her. Any advise or suggestions is there any apps or something like that that I can track her location? It's already been reported to the police department. Help please any ideas or anything will help
