How do I know if I’m ovulating?

My periods are irregular, I have just recently stopped taking the pill as me and my partner are ttc. I’m worried that because my periods have always been irregular that I may not be ovulating... how do I know?

Hmm cervical mucus.. that’s the best way to tell. When it’s creamy and the heaviest... I have severe ovulation symptoms as I am very sensitive to hormones- I get bloated, heavy cervical mucus, stomach cramps and get very moody. But this is unusual. Usually cervical mucus is the dead giveaway.

U should pay attention to your whites.... I've had very irregular periods for as long as I can remember... I'm 13wks 6d pregnant today... I use to check to see when I'm passing a lot of whites because during ovulation you usually do... And I ate a lot of pine middle I read somewhere it's good for implantation... Goodluck mama
