RESTING PULSE RATE

Hi all,

Does anyone track their resting pulse rate? I use Ava.. i think im 10 DPO and my RPR is about 5 beats per minute higher than my highest point during the last 4 cycles using the bracelet.. preg tests negative.. has anyone seen this happen (significant rpr rise) before getting their BFP?
