Sometimes after sex, the cum will cum out. Even the next morning if we did it that night. What does it mean? And couldn't I still get pregnant?

Answer

To be honest, you shouldn’t let it stay there overnight. If you want to lay with your legs and hips raised for a bit that’s fine but you should clean yourself and pee shortly after sex to prevent UTIs. Whatever ejaculation comes out when you clean up won’t make it into your cervix by that point no matter what you do so there’s no need to let it stay overnight or for extended periods of time. Just my two cents ☺️

That's what happens... it doesn't mean anything- completely normal and yes you could definitely still get pregnant.
