Anyone take a prenatal vitamin with a stool softener?

I take colace n prenatal at same time every night.

I took first ones completes because my doctor said it was okay since I couldn't handle other vitamins without vomiting. I was instructed to take two of the chalky ones every day. I once took three and lets just say 🚽

You can take colace which is a stool softer ( any store brand will work) and need to eat fresh fruits and veggies and drink lots of water also exercising helps too try going to for a walk to get you bowels moving.

I had a lot of constipation with my first pregnancy. I tried myralax but it just gave me pain. The best thing that worked for me was to have a glass of Gerber pear juice. It would send me right to the bathroom. Actually, almost any fruit that starts with P can help with constipation. Good luck!
