CD 52-is this a sign???

So after my last period we decided to start TTC. My periods have always been irregular, so I starting doing ovulation tests everyday to keep an eye on it and get used to doing it. I haven’t yet had a period or ovulated between CD 28 & today (CD 52)...however ovulation test is showing darker than normal today (albeit it not darker than the test line) ... is this a sign ovulation could be imminent?
