In late on my period

I am very concern at the moment. I removal must IUD on March 17 I was bleeding for almost a week. The last three days I was spotting since then I have not got my period. I was supposed to get in months on the 15th and it's already the 29th and nothing I took a pregnancy test yesterday evening. It was negative. What should I do??
