trigger shot

I administered my trigger shot on 10/11/17. I took my first pregnancy test on 10/18/17 and it was positive, before knowing that testing it out was a thing. I took another test on 10/19/17 and it was very faint. I tested today and it is now completely out of my system. now how long did it take for you ladies to get your positive after it tested negative. I am impatient and have been trying to conceive for over a year and I'm hoping this is my month and don't want to loose hope yet.
