Virginity itself? No. At least not for women in most cases. The hymen is the only physical thing women have to say they're a virgin, but it can get broken other ways than just sex. 
But the social constructs around how SPECIAL virginity is, that's definitely a false and completely harmful ideal that we just should not have in modern society. 
A virgin has just as much value as a prostitute. If a guy thinks you're dirty after he's touched you then he should look at his hands.

No. I think some people may view the value placed on virginity as a social construct, but not virginity itself. Personally, I think it’s hard to stay a virgin in modern day society, and to the girls that do, that’s quite a feat in my opinion. However, I don’t view women who choose to have sex as any lesser of a woman.

yes it exists.  being a virgin means youve never had sexual relations... a person who never has = virgin. do people who have never had sexual relations not exist? there is a word for everything and thats the word to describe that situation.  However how its "special" and all that is b.s. in my opinion. being a virgin or not doesn't make a dang. like.. oh youre a virgin?  whoopdedo. oh youre not?  whoopdedo. it only matters as far as sexual health goes.. STIs, STDs.. ect.

I think virginity is a social construct but I also don't see anything wrong with the concept. Lots of good things are social constructs like human rights and equality. I think everyone has the right to place as much or as little value on their virginity and neither party is wrong for doing so.
