Is this an LH surge?

Hello ladies! I have been at this TTC thing for a while, but I've never posted anything on here. I'm one of those who feels like if I don't talk about it, then it doesn't bother me as much. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 2 months ago and started taking Metformin. I've been charting my ovulation with kits and the whole sh'bang. I took an ovulation test tonight and it was the darkest line for the LH surge that I've seen for me, but my question is... Is it dark enough? could I finally be ovulating? What is y'all's opinion and experiences with it? thanks alot!!
