Guy crazy !!!

So I have a crush on 2 guys I work with I work in a hospital so it’s a pretty big place so we’re not all in contact with each other plus we all work different shifts but I do date both of them I’m not sleeping with any of them but been out on dates with each of them plus I have an ex I still talk to as well I know I have to make a decision but I like all of them what is wrong with me ? I’m 25 years old by the way. I’m so fucking confused and I low key don’t want to pick.. I want to have my cake and eat it to but I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings either. So I been trying to keep it casual and fun and that’s why I haven’t had sex with any of them menus my ex once in a while ... I may need Jesus ... thoughts any one ?
