Short period???

Okay, not that I’m complaining but this period was VERY SHORT! Like, I blinked and it was over. At first, I was ten days late!.. Not pregnant ladies, I took three tests! Lol all negative. When I finally got it, it was the WORST period I have EVER had!!So painful sick & nauseous..I was so bad I didn’t want to leave the couch or my heating pad all day long. I took pills, got to sleep for hours, woke up and I was back to myself. Still uncomfortable the entire next day but I felt so good I didn’t need any meds. Literally 2 days later, POOF! It was gone. Any ideas?!???
