Problem?

Ok gals. So my last period was 45 days ago and I usually have one every 30 days so I am late. I have taken 3 hpt and all are negative.  Well tonight me and my partner had intercourse and when I went to the bathroom and wiped it was brownish pink and had little blood clots and some where dried up anyone have any idea what could be going on ?
