Ok so me and my much younger bf by 11 yrs have marathon sex sessions... Is it possible that I may have just had a heart attack? I couldn't breathe hardly, Nor catch my breath, and my chest hurt BAD, and then the immediate onset of a migraine... I'm a lil worried. This is the 2nd time I've felt like this in the past 10 days... Yes I orgasm, and KNOW the difference so it's not that...

Any sort of chest pain is worth getting checked out by a Dr. Heart attack symptoms in women are often more subtle than in men and usually are not the typical symptoms you hear about. Chances are that it wasn't a heart attack, but better to be safe than sorry! I myself began having chest pain at 9pm one night and just shrugged it off and went to bed. When I woke up the next morning I was still having chest pain and went to the hospital (9 hours after the pain started) and sure enough, I'd had a hard attack and had to have to stents placed in my heart! You just never know!

Even if it's not a heart attack you should still go to a clinic or urgent care or something if you have chest pain. Chest pain is not something to brush off!

It might be, but I also know that the symptoms for heart attacks can differ between genders. I would make an appoint for a check up. It may be you're out of shape? Just a suggestion, I could be totally wrong, since I don't knoe you.
