NEED HELP ASAP

K moms i need help. On monday i began to get this productive yet dry cough. Its so uncontrollable that i can barely breath once i start. I also have been having fevers off and on for the last 3 days... monday it got as high as 102.5 and tonight is it at 101.1. I really want to go to the ER and get meds or something to help... i dont want it to turn into bronchitis or something bad... and im terrified the fever will do something to baby (im roughly 7weeks prego)... but my husband thinks im overeating and thinks i should wait one more day to go to the actual drs. Also Tylenol isnt bringing the fever down. And no type of home remedies or medicine is stopping the coughing. Idk what to do.
