Vomiting 1yo advice

Hey mamas, “ newer” mom here.. never had a sick baby b4! Just looking for some tips/ advice! I have a 12mo, still breastfeeding, vomiting. Seems to be puking anything that is in her stomach.. called her pediatrician and already got her recommendations. My little has no fever or diarrhea.. yet. So far I’m breastfeeding still because that is what comforts her and giving her pedialite when she doesnt want to eat or drink- per Dr recommendations to keep her hydrated. I gave her benedryl (per Dr) to help with nausea. Any other suggestions? Or help? Advice would be much appreciated!🙏🏼
