possibly implantation bleeding, please help?

About 3 and half weeks ago I got my mirena iud removed after having it for 2 years, I never had a period while I was on it. Two days after removal I had brown spotting off and on not enough to even fill one panty liner that day. Me and my man been trying to have another child we have had sex alot since my removal. I have had tender breasts they feel heavier along with nausea, terrible headaches and I've felt very hot, terrible hot flashes. It is now almost 4 weeks later I just started spotting and bleeding two days ago very light it's kinda a flow but not enough to fill one pad in 8 hours so I'm just curious could this be implantation bleeding or my first period.
