I haven't ever heard of this - but I will say I have eaten anything oeanut related all of my life with no issues.. Until becoming pregnant. I was eating some peanuts around 6 weeks and my throat started to swell shut. Still not really sure why this has started to happen to me, I really miss having peanut butter :(
