When do they stop doing transvaginal ultrasounds?

My first US was 7 weeks and I had transvaginal .. I have an appt tomorrow 12w5d and I was wondering if they still do it that way orr if it will be a regular US .. Thanks for all the help ladies :)

They should do a regular ultrasound at 12 weeks. I believe most do transvaginal prior to 9-10 weeks. 
This was our baby at 12weeks 3days. It was so active and moving all around!

I had a transvaginal ultrasound at 10w, and then another at my anatomy scan 19w to check my cervix.

I had to have both at 26 weeks because they couldn't see a few things

I never had a transvaginal ultrasound and I'm 30 weeks!

At 13-14 wks for us. I have a tilted uterus which made it very hard to see without vaginal scan at first.

I had an abdominal at 11.5 weeks.

I had a transvaginal ultrasound at 20w along with a regular ultrasound. Apparently they were checking my cervix to see if I was at risk for preterm labor.
