Messy Eyebrows
I have thicker, straight eyebrows but there are some sparse spots. I prefer filling them in and creating an arch because I HATE how straight they are.
However, pencil doesn’t stay due to my oily skin and powders just look really messy and uneven.
Any help or tutorials would be appreciated! I just want some nice looking eyebrows that STAY.
