Constipation and bleeding?

Has anyone had constipation and strained to do number 2, then had some vaginal bleeding? I did this morning and am kinda worried. I called my Dr but they just said if it gets worse to go in and if not I have a follow up appointment for next week. I also had an ultrasound yesterday and everything looked fine.I'm 10weeks and 5 days. Just worried and wondering if anyone else had this happen and everything was ok.
