Pregnancy after IUD

Hi all! I had the Lilleta IUD for 3 years. Had it removed on 9/25. I scheduled it for that time because my cycle was due the next day. I had some bleeding and then a cycle for my typical 4-5 days. This cycle has been crazy. We’ve been trying to conceive, so there is a chance of pregnancy. I wasn’t due for AF until 10/23. I started spotting on Thursday 10/19 and have only seen brown or dark red on the tissue and not every time that I go. A very minimal amount on liner. This has been going on off and on for 4 days now. Is this normal for those of you who had your removed? Could this be implantation bleeding? It’s been longer than 2 days so I don’t think it is but idk...took a test but was negative and I’m still spotting so I didn’t think it would show anyway...hmm? Any one experience this before? Were you pregnant? Should I test again after the 1st? Thanks!
