I always buy the big case from Costco. The first time I bought a case (maybe February), it came in the big white refill bags that you have to put into another container. 
The last 2 or 3 times I bought the case from Costco, it came in individual bags with the plastic closure on top like this. I guess it just depends🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s like 6-8 or something individual packs and one pack fills the container twice. I thought my boyfriend was crazy getting such a big box but it’s been so handy always having wipes on hand

I should add that the Costco box says “18 - 64count soft packs” so that’s the individual bags that I posted from my other picture.

I just bought a case, they come in big bags and come with a container for you to refill as well as a travel wipe case.
