how do i cope

i was sexually abused by my mothera brother as a child for many years he raped me numerous times by anal and im an adult now tried to open up and police got involed they said it was going to court but it didnt even make it there he dined everything so theyve droped it i want to cry,scream and brake down i want a confession and justice why me? please help me what can i do.
