Rash or acne ?

Pedestrian said it was a heat rash. It has gotten worse and we've been keeping him in his diaper and just a swaddle to avoid overheating. It doesn't seem to bother him at all just worries me because now it's spreading to his head. It first started at the eye brow. Any thoughts ?

Looks like baby acne... out some breastmilk in it if your nursing it cleared my babies within 12 hours!

Looks like baby acne. My daughter had it too just not as bad. It lasted to about 11 weeks.

Aveeno lotion or coconut oil will make it go away after a few days

Same thing on my baby. When it's hot it gets especially red. Just acne :)

my daughter had the same thing, happen around 4-5 weeks old? I applied breast milk and coconut oil till it cleared up. It will get better, soon!!

My baby has the same and my midwife said it's baby acne, 2 weeks ago it started, now is way better, I've been putting breastfeeding milk in her face and it helped a lot. Babies get this acne sometimes for the kind of food we eat and pass it to them when they breastfeed,  so avoiding that certain food helps, I'm pretty sure it was chocolate in my case cause I ate a lot in the week that started and since I stopped eating also the acne stopped spreading.
