Sometimes pregnancy dreams are scary

So awhile back before 12 weeks, I had a dream that I was standing in a hospital with puddles of my blood everywhere and no one was there and it freaked me out. Then just last night I had a dream that I was bleeding a lot and it was just dripping down my leg and wouldn't stop :( it was dark brown blood this time, my last dream was bright red.

So I guess what I'm asking is, are any of you guys having dreams similar to mine? I'm no longer scared of a miscarriage, I'm already 27 weeks and baby is healthy but idk that just kinda scarred me
