What is this?

So I normally have a 28 day cycle, with a 5 day period. It starts out fairly heavy and lasts that way the whole time. I normally have pretty bad cramps also. This month, cd 29, I have light bleeding, no clots. I put a tampon in and when I went to change it, all there was was a little bit of pink and some brown. On cd 18, I had a pinching on my right side. Could this have been ovulation? It was followed by cramps for the couple of days after that. I'm not for sure what to think. Is this af or implantation? I have logged on cd 17-19 that I had watery cm.
