Advice?

Just curious if anyone else has dealt with something similar. Have an ob and midwife apt tomorrow so will be bringing up my concerns with them as well.

At my 20 week scan they told me they couldn't find one of the kidneys. I went back a week later for another scan thinking babes was just in a weird position and not cooperating. Same thing at that apt. Scheduled me for a follow up ultrasound at 30 weeks. I went to that ultrasound yesterday and the tech Asked if my doctor had complained about my weight at all. I told her no. ( i have gained 19 pounds since I found out I was pregnant). She then asked if I had any concerns with diabetes. Told her my test came back fine. Asked about my blood pressure. Responded that it has always been 110/70 or 120/80 and the only issue I had was my platelets being low and that I was being induced at 38 weeks as long as my platelets cooperated and didn't drop anymore. She said ok. Was told after the scan that the kidney still cannot be found and that my baby weighs 4 pounds already which is apparently bad at 30 weeks.

Sorry for long post. Was curious if anyone else dealt with this and the tech was wrong and everything was fine or what was the outcome.
