i'm two weeks away from my due date & my back feels like it's get crushed yet i'm only one cm dilated

I was screaming and crying in pain because they let me labor for two days... still wouldn't even give me the epidural or pain relief or about me until I was making active change and reached 4 cm. so sorry your in pain. have you tried Tylenol?

I was in a major car accident at 14 weeks,  plus I'm missing a disc in my lumbar spine from another injury. If they won't induce, take Tylenol. hot baths, and often. try Epsom salts. see a chiropractor. see if you can get a prenatal massage.
