Pregnancy test + then -

Two days ago I took a name brand pregnancy test mid-morning and it was very obviously positive. I took one a couple hours later and still got an obvious positive. I called my doctor and went and had bloodwork drawn to confirm. The nurse called me the following day and said it was positive and said I appeared very early pregnant (About 5 weeks) and wanted me to come in for another round of bloodwork to make sure estrogen and progesterone were rising. I bought an off brand pregnancy test a little bit ago and it read negative. I’m trying hard not to get my hopes up but I feel like maybe I’m just being paranoid because the nurse did say yesterday the bloodwork came back positive.
