Heavy Dark Brown Discharge

I am 16 weeks and have had two very heavy bleeding episodes that I had to go to the emergency room for but when baby was checked on everything was fine and cervix was closed. Now a week and a half after I am having heavy flowing brown discharge. I’m not sure what to think 😶 is this from the previous bleeding or should I be worried? Has anyone had this happen? I am debating going to the ER tonight because I have an appt in the morning but I’m feeling very nervous and anxious.
