You can use whatever you normally use no need to get special soap considering your baby is going to be touching all the items that have your reg soap on it you could go with something like free and clear for the house laundry

Free and Clear, Dreft, and any other kind with no perfumes or dyes. I like the smell of Dreft but it's pricey. So I mix a little Dreft with some of my unscented detergent to make it last longer. I actually feel like it cleans the clothes better.

I’ve always used draft for my babies. It works great for getting stains out of their clothes.
