I haven't had a period in like three months due to pcos and yesterday out of nowhere I had a little spotting with brown discharge. I showered put on a pad and there was nothing. I tried a tampon and nothing again. this morning I had cramping but it stopped after about ten minutes and it didn't really hurt just slightly uncomfortable. could this have been implantation. I haven't been tracking my cycle I'm not even sure if I've ovulated. nobody responded to my last post so any advice or ladies that had the same thing happen (did you end up pregnant or not) would be great thanks
