DO YOUR KEGELS!

Seriously. I never did kegels when I was pregnant - I thought my muscles were strong enough since I had never suffered from urinary incontinence like I’ve always heard so many women talk about.

But here I am 6 weeks postpartum with a uterine and bladder prolapse. Now I have to do 60 kegels a day in hopes that it’ll improve 😣 I’m apparently ‘too young to decide that I don’t want any more kids’ (I’m 20 and just had my first baby) so I can’t have surgery. It’s just something I’ll have to live with. ☹️
