Pregnant?

I haven't had my period for a whole month now, I've been cramping a little here & there.. Sometimes I'm very nauseous but no vomiting. I've taken test. Is it possible that I can be pregnant but it's too early to show up?? Me & my husband have been having unprotected sex since last month. Comments?
