Dealing with tantrums.

So recently my 14 month old has become so clingy and wants to be carried all the time the she screams and cries hysterically when I set her down. Ignore her but she will cry without stopping!! It either ends in someone comforting her or her vomiting and then getting comfort. And she does this with me mad her dad she isn't difficult with anyone else. It breaks my heart because I feel as long as I am around she is crying or wining while others get to play and enjoy her company!
