Super heavy

any other post baby mummas have advice on what their periods were like when they first came back? So far had 3 periods 2 weeks apart and the fourth 3 weeks after the last which were all pretty standard, then the last one finally waited 4 weeks to arrive but has been super heavy! Like the amount of bleeding from 3 periods put together! Is this normal? How long did you take to get back to normal? I use a diva cup so I know exactly how much blood is normal and this was ridiculous, please help!
