Can you spontaneously start relactating as an early pregnancy symptom? I weaned my son two+ months ago, and my milk dried up within a few days of stopping... however my right breast started producing again. I was leaking last night and then it was able to hand express today. Af is 3 days late but all pregnancy tests are negative. I’d love to hear what you guys think....
