How do you cope with constipation?
The progesterone is killing my BMs. I'm on the PIO shot and vaginal suppositories, and while I'm happy it seems to be doing its job... I haven't poo'd in days, and the time before that was do small! I think that's why I've been extra nauseous and not feeling like eating... any advice?
