Anybody else waking up at 7 am STARVING?
Ok, I’m normally one who sleeps in until 10:30 on days I don’t work. Also, before I got pregnant, it was incredibly rare for me to get hunger pangs. I just got moody and that’s how I knew I needed to eat. I even took ginger capsules to stimulate my appetite. Now, I wake up at 7 am absolutely STARVING and then I’m starving again at 11, then 3, then 6, then 8-9! All pregnancy advice says follow your appetite but mine is nuts!! Mind you, I’m eating healthy foods when I’m hungry, so I’m sure it’s not too big of a deal, but still. Why am I so hungry?!
