would you say I have gestational diabetes?

I took my 3 hour glucose test and these were my results............................... Sugar before drink 85 needed to be under 95 passed

First time under 190 , results : 177 passed

second under 155 : results 172 failed

Third under 140 results 125 passed..... the reason I am on the fence about it is because I failed one of the pokes.. And on the one hour poke my Dr office said I needed to be under 190 which I was... But everywhere else i see online says i need to be under 180 which I still was but only 3 points from 180... according to my ob I'm fine but I'm still worried about my numbers. any advise please.
