What would you do?
So this honestly doesn't feel like it should be in "Adult Relationships" because this sounds insanely juvenile but here I go:
My college roommate and I were very close friends. We lived together for two years and it ended Very badly. I don't feel any ill will towards her, we were young, we are both older and married now and I hope she's very happy in life. That being said, I'm not sure I want to ever have her back in my life again. She took way more than she gave and the friendship was draining for me.
Okay...so I am on Instagram. I love photography and it's the only social media I really use. For the first time 3 days ago I did an Instagram "story" which is similar to snap chat. She and I aren't connected on Any social media and I don't think I even have her cell phone number anymore. Well, she viewed it. I didn't know she had Instagram and had never looked her up. I thought "hmmm...maybe she's doing some social media stalking and accidentally clicked on it" so I decided to just ignore it. She has looked at Every single one that I've posted and obviously doesn't realize that I can see her. She's looking at my account multiple times a day at this point and I haven't seen her in 3 years.
So my question is...should I message her and let her know I can see it, block her, or just continue to watch her stalk me on the off change she'll reach out (which I'm not sure I want).
I know this is a silly question, but I have so many big crazy stressful things going on in my life that this has honestly proved a nice distraction. 😂
