Cramping for Af or Implantation

on my previous post before I had a partial molar pregnancy. I just went to the doctor yesterday and found out. I did have intercourse Saturday Sunday and Tuesday they were all my fertile days. The doctor had told me to wait until I seen him that's at least what he said the day of my appointment but the nurses told me to wait until I'm not bleeding anymore. today is Saturday and yesterday I was having some mild cramping thinking maybe it was a f but this is day two cramping and it's kind of concerning me what should I do or what could this be?
