Can I have tea?

A friend says I can’t drink ginger tea with honey, it causes miscarriage. I’ve read online I could to help nausea?? 
I had a sip then just got scared to finish it.

Ginger tea with honey is perfectly safe. I’m literally drinking it right now while pregnant haha

Its unsafe in HIGH DOSES. A cup of tea won't hurt and will help with any morning sickness.

I drank ginger root and honey tea every morning for 10 weeks straight because of morning sickness.. currently 30 weeks with a healthy baby boy 💙

you're going to hear a lot of things like that when pregnant unfortunately and most of the time people don't know what tf they're talking about. but no.. tea does not cause miscarriages. ginger and honey are actually a remedy for nausea
